What to Wear?
For a typical workout you will be fine wearing comfortable shoes, shorts and shirt. Don't feel like you need specialty gear to complete a workout.
We also encourage you to bring along a water bottle.

HIIT (high intensity interval training) class focuses on the 10 elements of fitness and is designed for all fitness levels. It includes an optional skill training session after the workout.

Yoga/Mobility class is geared towards members who are looking to compliment, and maximize oyour WODs with improved mobility, balance, functional strength, body, and breath awareness.

Endurance class focuses on sustaining performance over longer fitness efforts.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

  • 5:00 am, 5:45am, 8:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Friday

  • 4:30pm-6:30pm (open gym)

  • 6:30pm (regular class)

Saturday

  • 8:30 am (regular class) & 9:30 am (barbell class)

Tuesday and Thursday

  • 12:00pm
